PRESIDENT

With over 20 years of experience in construction, Brandon brings an unparalleled drive for excellence to Peak GC. Brandon specializes in building envelope, commercial build outs, structural repairs, roofing, residential remodel, and drainage. Brandon is responsible for project intake, bidding, oversight, and customer relations.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Megan brings expertise in analytics, process improvement, and organizational management. With an undergraduate degree in computer science, masters in IT management, and nearly 20 years of experience in the IT world, she brings a strategic and technical skill set to our organization. Megan is responsible for managing financial, human resource, and IT operations.

DIRECTOR OF PROJECT DELIVERY

With over 12 years of construction and project management experience, Tyler brings exceptional leadership and operational expertise to Peak GC. Tyler specializes in multi-trade coordination, strategic planning, and team optimization across commercial and residential projects. Like a point guard orchestrating plays on the court, Tyler excels at executing project plans by ensuring the right resources reach the right place at the right time. Tyler is responsible for project execution, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and delivering results through hands-on leadership and process optimization.

DIRECTOR OF PRECONSTRUCTION

With over a decade of construction and project management experience, Chris brings specialized expertise in restoration, waterproofing, and building envelope work to Peak GC. Drawing on a career spanning concrete restoration, refinishing, and waterproofing, Chris understands what it takes to scope and plan complex projects before the first day on site.

As Director of Preconstruction, Chris is responsible for estimating, bid development, project scoping, and early-stage planning—ensuring every Peak project starts with an accurate, well-structured foundation for success.

PROJECT MANAGER

Maria brings over a decade of project management experience and education to our organization. She holds Master's degrees in Project Management and Business Administration. Maria is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of construction projects through planning, resource scheduling, and maintaining project documentation, reports, and deliverables.

SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Miguel has over 45 years of construction, masonry, and site supervision experience. Prior to joining Peak, Miguel was a master mason and general construction site supervisor based out of NoVa. Miguel brings an extensive network of highly skilled tradesmen to Peak and is an invaluable member of our team.

SUPERINTENDENT

Terry Wishard brings nearly three decades of hands-on construction experience to Peak General Contracting. A Master Carpenter and licensed contractor across Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia, Terry has spent his career building a reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and clear communication on every job.

Before joining Peak, Terry owned and operated I Can Build It LLP, where he led full-scale construction operations from concept through completion—managing custom homes, remodels, and specialty builds. His background spans residential and light commercial construction, with deep expertise in project management, subcontractor coordination, and client-focused delivery. Across every project, Terry has focused on keeping work on schedule, on budget, and built to a standard that exceeds expectations.

PROJECT MANAGER

Kevin brings 20 years of residential construction experience to the Peak team. His extensive background encompasses a successful track record in renovating custom luxury homes and senior living condominiums. Kevin oversees residential project intake, bidding, project management, and customer relations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from start to finish.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Angelica brings strong project administration and coordination experience to Peak GC, with a background supporting project managers and estimators across all phases of construction delivery. She specializes in bid solicitation, document management, Procore project setup, submittals, contracting, and AIA billing. Known for being highly organized and detail-oriented, Angelica is responsible for administrative support, budget audits, subcontractor coordination, and keeping projects running smoothly from setup through closeout.

SITE SUPERVISOR

Eddie works closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provides support to our tradesmen as needed. He is actively involved on all Peak job sites, where he oversees labor, building materials, and equipment. Additionally, he assists with coordination, safety, and maintaining cleanliness. Eddie is also exceptional at interacting with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

MARKETING MANAGER

With over 10 years of marketing and communications experience, Sam brings strategic brand development and customer engagement expertise to Peak GC. Sam specializes in corporate communications, digital marketing, and stakeholder relations across construction and commercial sectors. Drawing from his background as a journalism educator and publications adviser, Sam excels at crafting compelling narratives that connect Peak's technical capabilities with client needs. Sam is responsible for brand strategy, proposal development, client communications, and enhancing Peak's market presence through targeted outreach and relationship building.
